Located in the very desirable Vista Las Palmas Neighborhood of Palm Springs, this original Mid-century Butterfly home was designed by Palmer & Krisel and built by the Alexander Construction Co in 1958.

Renovations  started January, 2013, Designer & Project Manager Neil Curry left the extended floor plan as is, re-installed the Gas Fireplace which had been removed during the expansion in the mid 80's.

 Featuring now  3 bedrooms, 3 baths, New saltwater Pool and Spa with entertainers backyard featuring an outdoor Dining area, Fire-pit outdoor cabana pads, outdoor Bathroom and and outdoor Shower.  Yet again, the restoration of this mid-century Gem in the Desert was completed in June 2014 - all efforts were made to thoughtfully restore it’s original design while implementing 21st Century amenities for todays living.
