Whether we’re restoring a distressed Mid-Century home back to it's Modernism glory or a classic Seventies Ranch or a luxury Tuscan Villa, we draw up plans and develop designs that are bold and imaginative, yet also sympathetic to the building we’re working on. Clever project management is all about working out how best to tackle renovation and building process so that it runs as smoothly as possible. We’re experts at doing this. Our Project Management service is designed to take away the hassle of dealing with contractors and sourcing products, directly. We have found this service to be particularly helpful to Investors and Homeowners who may be absent and have investment properties they are preparing for sale. Or, for homeowners who have already moved out or when you are simply too busy to take on this additional workload. As part of this service we can advise on sourcing choice materials, fixtures & fittings and provide you with all your Interior Design needs. Planning and preparation Planning is key - Before we begin a project, we draw up a full schedule of works. It’s a meticulous process, but we’ve been doing this for many years and leaned that a little time spent here is better than a lot of time wasted later. Should any unforeseen setback occur, and occasionally this happens with period properties, we can adjust our schedule to minimize these potential delays. Keeping in touch A renovation project can be a daunting sight as the work progresses, but we want our clients to feel at ease during this process. That’s why one of our top priorities is simply to stay in touch and to keep you informed about our progress with regular meetings. With this you can be assured we’re managing the project properly.
